Jesil Okuefuna is an experienced filmmaker who has been working in the film industry as a professional commercial, music video, and short film cinematographer for four years.

He has spearheaded music videos amassing hundreds of thousands of views online and has had two theatrically released short films. However, the one thing that Jesil is most proud of is his opportunities to use his creative skills to touch the world and his community through various organizations he has worked with. 

Jesil was born and raised in London, England before moving abroad to Canada in 2007. He has since fallen in love with the culture, scenery, and people and now calls Canada home.

In his free time, Jesil loves teaching himself new skills. He is currently working on learning how to code and play the guitar, and he hopes to be fluent in them someday.
